I'm Shema Prince, the person who runs this site. Every message sent below lands in my inbox directly. I don't use a ticket system or an autoresponder, so you'll get an actual reply from me.
I read everything and usually reply within a couple of days. If you're reporting a converter bug, the more detail you include the better: the cities you picked, the date and time you entered, and what you expected instead.
What People Write To Me About
Converter bugs or wrong results. If the converter gives you an answer that doesn't match reality, tell me. Include the cities, date, time, and your expected result so I can reproduce it.
Missing cities. The converter currently covers 83 cities in 59 countries. If your city isn't listed, send me the city name, country, and its IANA timezone identifier (for example, Africa/Maputo) and I'll add it.
Factual errors in articles. I check everything against the browser timezone database before publishing, but mistakes happen. Point them out and I'll fix them and note the correction.
Article requests. If there's a time zone or travel topic you want covered, tell me. Reader questions drive the editorial list.
Anything else. If the site worked for you on a trip, or failed you, I want to know either way.
